Local Business Lends a Helping hand to Homeless Youth
It’s a troubling trend that is worsening, even despite the Magic Valley’s growth - homeless students. But land title company Titlefact is steadfast in addressing it. They held an enormously successful collection drive, and are now welcoming items to be dropped off at their 163 4th Avenue North location. Essential items such as toothbrushes, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and other things we use daily that we may take for granted, are deeply appreciated.
Farmers Market Gets Underway
Nothing reflects the joy of Spring’s arrival like Farmers Markets, especially in our resource-rich region. Now through October, every Saturday will feature a minimum of thirty vendors with a world-class array of meats, produce, seasonings, baked goods along with a wide assortment of handmade goods, even art, bath & beauty products. Hours are 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, and the location is 1485 Pole Line Rd E, Twin Falls, ID 83301.
Pollination Please! Businesses Helping Bees & Butterflies
It’s been a process four years in the making ever since a group of concerned citizens formed the Twin Falls Pollinator Council, as a result of the decline in bee & butterfly populations. Plant shop Native Roots LLC owner Steven Paulson is a founding member of the council, and details how it is working alongside Twin Falls Parks & Recreation.
