Remote Technician - Nampa, Idaho

In the Remote Technician role, your focus is on showcasing our stations to listeners and clients at live remote broadcasts and events. You prepare for, set up, conduct, and tear down our live events throughout the year. You partner with On-Air Talent to conduct live remote broadcasts and make sure we always look our best to the community.

In the Digital Sales Manager role, your focus is on generating incremental revenue for the company year-over-year by attracting and retaining local direct and select agency clients with highly effective radio + digital campaigns (alone and in partnership with our Account Executives).

What about the work day?

We are flexible, kind of like a pretzel.

We offer an enhanced hybrid working environment to encourage flexibility, and autonomy, and to attract the most talented people to our team. Each department does it a little bit differently but you might be on a “flex” schedule (Mondays and Tuesdays in the office), fully remote, or office-based (4-5 days per week in the office).

What about the people?

We are caring, kind of like a Care Bear.
