In the Digital Sales Manager role, your focus is on generating incremental revenue for the company year-over-year by attracting and retaining local direct and select agency clients with highly effective radio + digital campaigns (alone and in partnership with our Account Executives).
Things we would need you to do:
Achieve revenue goals by championing and implementing digital sales strategies (without cannibalizing radio).
Collaborate with our Regional Director of Sales to establish digital priorities and expectations for the Boise sales team.
Use your passion for digital marketing to become a subject-matter expert on our specific digital offerings.
Improve sales team knowledge and confidence in presenting digital solutions.
Analyze existing Boise customer base to identify upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with our Account Executives (and digital vendors) to develop digital sales strategies for new and existing clients.
Support sales staff by participating in client needs assessments and client pitch meetings as our digital expert.
Partner with our Client Success Managers (and digital vendors) to ensure effective campaign fulfillment, reporting and optimization, so clients want to stay and grow with us.

You have 5+ years digital marketing experience.
You have 5+ years B2B outside sales experience.
A history of successfully reaching sales goals.
